You can exchange or return a product within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
Opened perfumes and incense cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or different from what you ordered.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the product.
